After an episode of suffering from back pain, I started to practice yoga on a regular basis. The combination of mobilization, strenghtening and relaxation is in my opinion exactly what today's society needs. The yoga practice is a compensation for lack of movement, sitting at work for 8 hours or more and afterwards coming home and sitting even more. Our daily life is characterized by hectic rush and stress. During yoga practice you have the opportunity to slow down and breathe.

That's why I started my yoga teacher training in April 2020. With vinyasa yoga I found the yoga style which suits me. In vinyasa yoga you flow from one asana to another. I'm happy that I've had the opportunity to learn from the yoga teachers from Inside Yoga, who invented an extraordinary way to combine yoga with the sound of music.

Viola Eisel - Physiotherapist - Yoga teacher

In 2021, I completed a yin yoga teacher training. Yin yoga is a more quiet and meditative form of yoga and therefore the perfect complement to the dynamic vinyasa practice.

Due to my profession as a physiotherapist I'm specialised on clients with health complaints or previous injuries. But in general everyone, who is interested in personal supervision and good alignment is more than welcome!
